These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of runamuckfarmspa.com and any purchase or booking you make with Run-a-muck Farms. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel orders affected by them.
- Product availability is seasonal and limited; we may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfill.
- Applicable sales tax, where collected, is shown at checkout.
Fulfillment, shipping & returns
Pickup, delivery, shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Bookings, visits & waivers
Farm visits, tours, and workshops are subject to availability, capacity limits, and our cancellation windows shown at booking. Entry to farm areas beyond the farm stand requires a signed liability waiver. Agritourism activities are governed by Pennsylvania's Agritourism Activity Protection Act; you assume the inherent risks of farm activities.
Hemp-derived products
Hemp-derived products are sold only to customers 21 years or older and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for ensuring these products are legal where you live.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All site content is owned by Run-a-muck Farms or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run-a-muck Farms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or booking giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in York County, Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
